Intro to Massage -
Taster Course
This is for the absolute beginner or someone thinking of attending a Diploma in Swedish Massage course.
A 6 hour taster session of what the full 8-month course will be like. We aim to provide an introduction to Massage Therapy, its practise and role as an important part of health care.
Learn some basic massage techniques and how to use them safely. You will understand the importance of how to apply massage therapy in a professional and empathetic manner.
This can operate over two evenings or as a one day session run on a weekday or weekend.

Bridging Courses
An existing massage qualification not at the correct standard? Are you having difficulty with job applications due to your award not being at the correct SCQF level?

By providing us with an RPL (Recognised Prior Learning) we can match your existing qualifications, experience and professional awards against an accredited programme.
In collaboration with Scottish Massage Schools, a leading massage qualification provider, we can discuss your options, and where it is possible, get you trained up to the required level - opening new opportunities for you going forward!

Diploma Courses
Operating in collaboration with the Fife School of Massage and affiliated by Scottish Massage Schools (SMS) who have been running courses since 1992. We are an SQA Approved Centre offering several SQA Higher National units within their courses.
We are affiliated to the Scottish Manual Therapists Organisation (SMTO), the professional body for soft tissue therapists in Scotland.
FSM1 - Swedish Massage Diploma
We have listened to the constraints of undertaking new training and so hope to start a course here in Fife in Spring of 2025 that will run one day, mid-week, twice a month and so mitigating the need to give up a whole weekend!
