Ride Le Loop
The Ride Le Loop offers amateur cyclists the opportunity to ride the Tour de France route, a week in advance of the professional riders.
Gav at Body and Bike Therapy has been supporting this event for over 10 years now, providing sports therapy and logistical support to the scores of cyclists that have taken on this challenge and in turn have raised huge amounts of money for charity.
